The 7th edition of AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge 2022 was held online and via live streaming on Thursday, 24 November 2022.

Similar to last year, this year’s Youth Challenge was organised in an online format, with Bangkok as the coordinating headquarter, working closely with AFECA Secretariat office and supporting associations and academic institutions participating in the event.

AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge has come a long way since its inception in 2015. It was an excellent and unique opportunity for the participants to connect with many peers from other participating countries / areas to inspire ideas and share their passion of the industry.

A total of 19 participating teams who are students attending an accredited University or College within Asia competed at this prominent annual Asian MICE Youth Challenge organized by AFECA to inculcate innovative thinking and creativity for the MICE industry. These 19 teams are representing 10 countries/areas that consist of China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
