The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) underscored its dedication to delivering high-value, meaningful business events at the recent Thailand Innovative Meetings Exchange (TIME) 2025. Held from 16–20 June, the event welcomed 51 overseas buyers and media representatives from 15 markets across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the US.

TIME 2025 introduced Bangkok–Hua Hin as a compelling city-pairing destination, combining the vibrancy of the capital with the coastal serenity of Hua Hin. Delegates were treated to an exclusive ‘Royal Blossom Train Ride’ operated by the State Railway of Thailand, offering comfort, scenic views, and space for networking – all designed to elevate the journey itself into a standout MICE experience.

In response to the growing demand for wellness-focused business travel, TCEB curated a selection of immersive well-being activities. Highlights included a Muay Thai showcase at Rajadamnern Stadium with cutting-edge visuals, a traditional Thai massage workshop at Wat Pho, and a fragrant herbal ‘Travel with Your Nose’ experience in Bangkok’s Chinatown. On the route to Hua Hin, delegates visited the riverside RXV Wellness Village and the globally renowned Chiva-Som resort, embracing holistic approaches to health, mindfulness, and nutrition.

TIME 2025 also spotlighted a range of exceptional venues. From riverside luxury in Bangkok (Four Seasons, Anantara, Avani+, and more) to chic CBD locations like Dusit Central Park and House on Sathorn, and beachside retreats in Hua Hin such as The Standard, InterContinental, and Marriott, the showcase revealed versatile spaces for every MICE need.

Cultural immersion was also a key theme. Delegates explored Bangkok’s creative heritage through interactive storytelling at Pipit Banglamphu Museum, art workshops at The Artist’s House, and a visit to a traditional sugar palm plantation in Phetchaburi.

The programme concluded with a CSR initiative supporting local youth in Cha-am, reaffirming TCEB’s commitment to socially responsible MICE tourism. Through its "Meet in Thailand: Your Success, Your Moment" vision, TCEB continues to offer maximised, meaningful, and memorable business events.
