Mr Puripan Bunnag, Senior Vice President of the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organisation) or TCEB, attended as a witness at the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Pharmaceutical Association of Thailand under Royal Patronage (PAT) and the Federation of Asian Pharmaceutical Associations (FAPA). The MOA grants PAT the rights to host the FAPA Congress 2026, scheduled for 3–7 November in Bangkok. PAT, in collaboration with TCEB, successfully secured the bid for the congress, which will serve as a significant opportunity to enhance the reputation of Thailand's pharmacy industry in advancing pharmaceutical development across Asia. The ceremony, which was also attended by Mr Teera Chakajnarodom, President of PAT, and Dr Yolanda R. Robles, President of FAPA, recently took place at the PAT office building in Bangkok.
