The 2nd TICA Board of Directors Meeting, 43rd AGM 2026 and Membership Quarterly Luncheon

The Thailand Incentive and Convention Association (TICA) convened its 2nd Board of Directors Meeting on the morning of 19 March 2026 at the InterContinental Bangkok, followed by the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Membership Quarterly Luncheon, held as a combined session.

The AGM provided a comprehensive review of TICA's activities in 2025, with reports presented by all key committees, including the Capabilities Development Committee, Marketing Committee, and Membership and PR Committee. Committee representatives outlined their achievements over the past year, spanning professional development initiatives, international marketing efforts, and strengthened member engagement. Each committee also shared its strategic plans and priorities for 2026, reinforcing TICA's continued commitment to advancing Thailand's Business Events industry through collaboration and innovation.

A key highlight of the programme was the guest speaker session by Khun Nooch Homrossukhon, Director of Corporate Image and Communications at the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). Her presentation, “Thailand MICE Brand: From TCEB to a Synergised Industry,” explored the evolution of the Thailand MICE brand into a more integrated and collaborative industry movement.

The session emphasised the importance of collective participation across the sector and introduced MEET THAI, a flagship initiative designed to translate collaboration into tangible outcomes. Through this platform, TICA members are encouraged to actively contribute to a more aligned and impactful approach in strengthening Thailand's global positioning in the Business Events sector.

The programme concluded with a luncheon, providing members with the opportunity to continue discussions, exchange insights, and further strengthen connections within TICA's network. In closing, the association reaffirmed its commitment to driving sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing Thailand's global standing, while continuing to strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors. As the global Business Events landscape evolves, TICA's proactive approach and strong industry alignment position it to play a leading role in guiding Thailand into its next phase of growth.
