TICA Destination Update 2022 – Buriram (24 – 26 August 2022)
TICA Destination Update to Buriram was organised between 24-26 August 2022, primarily to establish the location as a leading MICE destination. The 12 organisations that joined us on this three-day tour were able to experience the unique offerings and interesting cultural activities that the city has to offer, making it an ideal destination for MICE travellers in the Kingdom.
TIME2022 (9 August 2022)
On 9 August, TCEB’s Meetings and Incentives Department welcomed over 200 guests online and onsite to the final series of Thailand Incentive & Meeting Exchange 2022 or #TIME2022 at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel. Inspired by the #IntegratingOpportunities concept, TIME2022 showcased a series of Thailand’s MICE direction and strategy towards the shifting era of Meetings and Incentives world together with aspiring talks from Khun Radis Laoboonmee, Founding Member & Co-Founder of Coral NFT Marketplace & Moon Laboratory, on NFT and MICE industry, and Khun Pongpanot Ingkasit, Head of Strategy and Monetization of Purple Ventures (Robinhood) on the business transformation. The day was successfully concluded with a networking reception, where guests enjoyed reconnecting and discussing further business opportunities for M&I groups visiting Thailand.
SEPC 2022 Networking Dinner (4 August 2022)
On 4 August, TCEB hosted the SEPC 2022 Networking Dinner at SO/Bangkok. Mr. Sing Limphirat, the Deputy Director of the Cultural, Sport, and Tourism Department, participated in a discussion on "Driving City Forward with Sustainability Policy" and shared Bangkok's policies that aim to emphasise on sustainability.
Art of Selling (7 – 8 July 2022)
On 7-8 July, TICA held its “Art of Selling” training course at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok. The course, which was a great success, provided participants with a fruitful opportunity to enhance the sales tools in their arsenal, as well as ways in which they could leverage them effectively.
