Challenges & New Normal Best Practices by CSI Philippines (January 28, 2021)

On the 28th of January 2022, TICA President Khun Sumate Sudasna was invited to speak at CSI Philippine’s event ‘Challenges & New Normal Best Practices in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry’. Taken place over Zoom, this virtual seminar aimed to educate tourism and hospitality management students by highlighting the challenges and best practices the industry has adapted to for the new normal. During this seminar, Khun Sumate provided his expertise by specifically talking about Thailand’s MICE industry, giving the students a global perspective on how the industry works.
