TICA Training Course: Heart of Sales (6 October 2023)
Held by the TCEB Regional Office in partnership with TICA, the "Heart of Sales" training course took place on 6 October at The Blue Elephant Phuket. The course was led by Khun Pipat Patthananusorn, the GM of Dusit Thani Hua Hin and a visionary leader in hospitality, with an illustrious career spanning decades in the industry. He provided unique insight into navigating the complexities of the hospitality sector, and tackling the growing need for sustainable initiatives.

Our first-ever business matching and luncheon event, “TICA Membership Quarterly Luncheon & Business Matching”, was held at SO/Bangkok on 21 September, and was a fruitful example of the ways that TICA continues to foster meaningful connections between members, while enhancing business opportunities in the industry. TICA Training Course: Navigating Trade Show & Road Show (14 September 2023)
Trade shows and road shows are essential ways to expand your business' market reach, increase investment opportunities, and even improve brand reputation. On 14 September, TICA hosted a comprehensive training course for industry professionals called Navigating Trade Show & Road Show: The Ultimate Guide to Success at Le Méridien Bangkok.
Conducted in both Thai and English, this course aimed to teach newcomers and experienced businessowners how to navigate and capitalise on road shows and trade shows successfully. The speakers were Khun Kritsanee Srisatin, Founder & Managing Director of Stream Events Asia, Khun Sutthiporn Fongmoon, Managing Director of Journey to Asia, Khun Warut Phanomphaithoon, Head of MICE - Destination Asia (Thailand), and Khun Stephen Sinsap, Director of Sales & Marketing of Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong.

TICA visits TAT Governor (13 September 2023)
On 13 September, TICA paid a courtesy visit to Khun Thapanee Kiatphaiboon, the new Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), at the TAT Office.
During the visit, the TICA President led the Board of Directors and committee members in extending their congratulations to the new TAT Governor, and both parties expressed their hope to continue the fruitful collaboration between both organisations.

The TICA Membership Quarterly Luncheon & Marketplace that took place on 12 September at the Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach was a great success, thanks to the unwavering support of the TCEB Central Regional office.
