Thailand International Exhibitions & Events Forum (TIEEF 2016)
TICA has joined "Thailand International Exhibitions & Events Forum (TIEEF 2016)" which was organised by TCEB, under the theme of Making Impact in the Digital Era. This highly anticipated event was held on Thursday, 28 January 2016 at World Ballroom, 23rd floor of Centara Grand at Central World from 1pm to 7:30pm.
The forum aimed to create business networking opportunities among industry professionals as well as provided up to date insightful knowledge through a series of activities at the event, including key note speakers and a panel discussion that could enhance and could be a trigger point to expand the business possibilities.

TICA & TEA MICE Rally 2016
TICA and TEA have joined hands to organise "TICA & TEA MICE Rally 2016" during 22-23 January 2016 from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi.
It was a great opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and get together with friends and colleagues for an enjoyable weekend away at Kanchanaburi. Moreover, we visited the Elephants World บ้าน ช.ช้างชรา to undergo the CSR activity of feeding elephants with fruit and sticky rice as well as bath them in the river.

TICA Membership Quarterly Luncheon
TICA members attended the “TICA Membership Quarterly Luncheon” on Tuesday, 16 February 2016 at the Vimarn Suriya Room at Dusit Thani Bangkok from 12pm to 2:30pm. This event was honoured by Khun Weerasak Kowsurat, Chairman of the Board of Directors, TCEB to speak under the topic “Global Mega Trends”.
Khun Weerasak Kowsurat, the current TCEB Chairman of the Board of Directors, is a highly respected thinker, leader and former Minister of Tourism and Sports who was highly lauded by the private sector. He shared his extensive knowledge and point of view with all of TICA members for their benefits.
In addition, New Members Orientation was organised on the same day. Khun Prapaphan Sungmuang, General Manager and Khun Kessaree Paleekhet, Administrative Executive, presented about TICA activities, its function as well as association history to all new members.
Training Course
On 18-19 February 2016 there was a productive training course known as "Negotiating Win-Win with the Chinese and the Indian MICE Markets” at the Anantara Sathorn Bangkok Hotel.
This Training Course was conducted by MICE Industry Guru, Khun Bert Van Walbeek,. Moreover, the guest speakers from both the Thai-Indian Wedding Association (TIWA) and the CCT M.I.C.E. who were keen on these markets came to share their experience on how to negotiate with each market.
