Dear TICA Members,

It is a great honor for me to take on the role of President of TICA, succeeding the remarkable Khun Sumate Sudasna, who has dedicated himself tirelessly to our association and to the advancement of Thailand's MICE industry. In his new role as Emeritus, Khun Sumate's wisdom and guidance will continue to inspire us, and I am grateful for the strong foundation he has laid.

As I step into this role, I am deeply committed to building on this legacy. My vision for TICA is focused on four key pillars: Talent Development, Innovation, Collaboration & Contribution, and Agility.

Talent Development

The strength of the MICE industry relies heavily on human capital. Equipping professionals with advanced skills ensures exceptional service, innovation, and global competitiveness. TICA will continue to offer industry-specific training and leadership development. Partner with educational institutions for curriculum development, promote lifelong learning, and maintain mentorship within the industry.

Innovation

Consistent improvements and ingenuity will be another driving force. While AI and new technologies are reshaping the world, the unique warmth of Thai hospitality remains irreplaceable. We must innovate not just to keep pace but to lead, crafting creative, locally inspired programs that deliver exceptional, unforgettable experiences.

Collaboration

Cooperation and contribution are essential in strengthening Thailand's MICE industry. By uniting as one voice and sharing resources, knowledge, and expertise, we amplify our collective impact, enhancing Thailand's global reputation as a premier MICE destination. Moreover, sustainability is no longer a choice but a priority, requiring conscious integration into our offerings to meet growing client demands. Through cooperation and shared commitment, we not only foster industry growth but also create lasting legacies that uplift communities, align with national sustainability goals, and ensure mutual success for all stakeholders.

Agility

To cultivate adaptability, resilience, and a future-ready mindset. Disruption is the new norm. Agility ensures TICA and its stakeholders can pivot swiftly, respond to emerging opportunities, and maintain relevance.
