  1. TICA Webinar Showcases Innovative Tools for the Future of MICE


    TICA successfully organised the webinar “Intelligent Horizons: Playbook เปลี่ยนเกมไมซ์ ด้วยมุมมองและเครื่องมือใหม่ ”, an inspiring 90-minute virtual session that delved into innovative ideas and digital tools reshaping the future of business events. Held on 20 October 2025 from 14:00 to 15:30 hrs via Zoom and conducted in Thai, the session attracted 70 enthusiastic participants and was offered free of charge to TICA members.

    The webinar provided valuable insights into emerging concepts such as the Colour Economy, Fast Expo, Economic Impact System, and Carbon Footprint Calculator — each designed to enhance creativity, sustainability, and competitiveness within the MICE industry. Through engaging discussions and practical examples, participants gained a deeper understanding of how these tools can be effectively applied to create smarter, more sustainable business events. The session not only inspired attendees to embrace innovation but also reinforced TICA’s ongoing commitment to empowering its members with knowledge and resources that drive positive transformation in Thailand’s MICE sector.


  2. 2nd TICA Membership Quarterly Luncheon 2025


    TICA successfully hosted its 2nd Quarterly Luncheon of 2025, themed “Change that Matters: Trusted Global Destination & New Ideas,” on 7 October at the elegant Dusit Thani Bangkok. The event gathered 150 members and industry leaders for an afternoon of inspiration, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue focused on the future of Thailand’s MICE industry.

    The luncheon opened with a warm welcome from Khun Prachoom Tantiprasertsuk, President of TICA, who reflected on the association’s milestones and key initiatives undertaken in 2025 to strengthen Thailand’s position as a leading business events destination. This was followed by an engaging address from Khun Worachada Tangkrachang, Chairperson of the Membership and PR Committee, who shared updates on new partnerships and evolving membership benefits, reinforcing TICA’s commitment to fostering greater value and connectivity within its community.

    The highlight of the event was the keynote presentation by Dr Supawan Teerarat, the newly appointed President of the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). In her inspiring talk on “Change that Matters,” she outlined her vision for driving Thailand’s transformation into a trusted global MICE destination through innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. Her insightful perspectives reflected a deep understanding of the sector and a forward-thinking approach to its continued growth. Complementing her remarks, Khun Harisuda Boonyawat, Director of TCEB’s MICE Intelligence and Innovation Department, shared thought-provoking insights on how intelligence and data-driven innovation are enhancing Thailand’s global competitiveness.

    TICA’s 2nd Quarterly Luncheon once again proved to be a valuable platform for members to connect, exchange ideas, and gain inspiration from leading voices shaping the future of Thailand’s business events landscape.

  3. TICA Showcases Thailand’s MICE Excellence at IT&CMA and CTW APAC 2025


    From 23–25 September 2025, TICA actively participated in the 33rd edition of IT&CMA and the 28th edition of CTW APAC, held at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre. The event brought together leading professionals from across the global MICE and corporate travel industries, providing a valuable platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and business collaboration.

    At its dedicated booth, TICA proudly showcased its pivotal role in strengthening Thailand’s position as a premier global business events destination. Through engaging discussions and meaningful connections, the association highlighted the country’s strengths in innovation, sustainability, and world-class hospitality. TICA’s participation reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to supporting members and industry stakeholders, while underscoring Thailand’s continued success in attracting international meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions that foster creativity, partnership, and long-term growth.
