MICE INITIATIVES

5 Inspired Ways to Meet, Dine and Unwind in Thailand

Thailand continues to set the stage for memorable MICE experiences. During the recent Thailand Innovative and Meetings Exchange (TIME) 2025, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) spotlighted five distinctive venues and experiences that combine business with cultural depth and leisure appeal.

The House on Sathorn, Bangkok

A striking contrast to the modern W Bangkok next door, this 19th-century neoclassical mansion offers a unique venue for receptions and networking. With its elegant interiors and leafy courtyards, it provided a stately setting for the TIME 2025 welcome reception, exuding timeless charm and Thai heritage.

Rajadamnern Stadium, Bangkok

Elevate your itinerary with an immersive Muay Thai experience at this historic stadium. Enhanced with projection mapping and drone shows, the event explores the sport’s cultural roots before culminating in fast-paced matches. VIP balcony seating or ringside spots provide unforgettable views of the action.

Nobu Bangkok

Set on the 58th floor of The Empire building, Nobu Bangkok combines refined interiors and open-air terraces with sweeping views of the Chao Phraya River and MahaNakhon tower. The TIME 2025 farewell dinner showcased Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature Japanese-Peruvian dishes, subtly infused with Thai flavours.

Royal Blossom Train Ride

Travelling in style, delegates journeyed from Bangkok to seaside Hua Hin aboard this private charter by the State Railway of Thailand. Featuring reclining seats, worktables, USB ports and panoramic windows, it offered a relaxed and productive space for networking on the move.

RXV Wellness Village, Sampran

Just over an hour from Bangkok, RXV Wellness Village offers a tranquil riverside retreat within the heritage Suan Sampran estate. Surrounded by organic gardens and century-old trees, the venue blends wellness, sustainability and hospitality, making it ideal for strategy meetings or wellness-focused retreats.
