TCEB Appoints Supawan Teerarat as New President

The Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) has announced the appointment of veteran MICE industry leader Dr Supawan Teerarat as its new President, effective 1 August 2025. She succeeds Chiruit Isarangkun Na Ayuthaya, who has retired.

Dr Supawan brings with her nearly four decades of experience in the hospitality and MICE sectors. Prior to this appointment, she served as President of the National Food Institute.

A familiar face at TCEB, Dr Supawan began her journey with the bureau in the exhibitions department and steadily rose through the ranks over 16 years to become Senior Vice President. During her tenure, she championed initiatives in innovation, business intelligence, domestic MICE, industry capability development, and MICE city planning.

In her new role, Dr Supawan aims to elevate Thailand’s global profile as a premier MICE destination by driving transformative, high-value, and sustainable business events.
